A fuse is blown.
Passenger side door wont lock or unlock.

Replacing the fuse will correct the problem.
Again if one door doesn t work but others do the problem could be with the door lock solenoid.
My passenger door locks and unlocks from the drivers side the fob and the proximity from the other door.
The solenoid is bad.
Any resolution for this.

Unlock doors with keyfob and all doors openable except rear passenger door.
If your key fob remote lock unlock doesn t work but the locks work on the door you need a new battery.
My driver side rear door won t lock any way that i try to lock it.
I have tried to lock it by pushing the rubber button on the outside of the drivers door and it won t lock.
And since i had the child safety setting on unable to open that door from the inside.
You need a screwdriver and a panel popper or if you don t have one carefully pull the panel off with your hands you may have to get new panel clips.
Re install the door panel using the reverse steps.
Luckily this is the easiest and cheapest items that can go wrong.

To get the big bolts out of the side of the door that holds the lock in rather than paying about 100 plus whatever fitting costs from audi and found a guide online and on youtube on how to change it and it took me about 30 minutes to do.
Replacing it may require removing the car door panel.
